For 15+ years I’ve helped founders, corporates and all the misfits in-between achieve their ambitions for success throughout my tenures at Bain & Company, Ogilvy & Mather and the Financial Times.
As Chief Operating Officer of code education pioneer Decoded, I helped thousands of professionals build digital skills and transform their organisations.
In 2023, I co-founded London’s first professional training centre for Generative AI: General Purpose.
Founded on the belief that AI can be applied to every aspect of human life to make our lives better, we work to inspire people from all industries to approach AI with positivity: harnessing it as a tool to enhance their career, transform business and benefit society at large.
Starting new ventures is hard. Sometimes it feels impossible. So I’m committed to helping founders realise their ambitions. I do this through my work as co-founder of Series Q, a non-profit that champions LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and creators.
Barry holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
